We take great pride in treating our customers like extended family and that means making sure that you are happy long after you have purchased your Siroo Piece. That is why we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects on every purchase.

Should you have any issues with your purchase, simply contact us so we can understand the problem. We will then have the piece shipped to our Service Center in the United States for a complete evaluation of the issue by our expert jewelers.

If we find a defect in manufacturing or design, we will repair your piece at absolutely no charge and ship it back to you as good as new and entirely free of charge.

If turns out the problem was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a best-cost estimate at repairing the item before conducting any work. All repaired pieces are shipping back free of charge.

This warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen or experience trauma or damage that might occur during normal wear and tear over the life of a piece.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 15-DAY RETURN POLICY on all items purchased online. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal and we are happy to exchange purchases or refund your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.

Please know that all custom orders and engagement ring sales (except our "Shop Now" collection), are final and not eligible for return. In the event you are not satisfied with your custom piece, we will do our best to make sure you are.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@siroo.co. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Tax Free / Duty Free

One of the great things about shopping online with Siroo is that we extend all customers in the United States the same duty-free pricing you would find in our island stores. We pay all duties on your behalf and you enjoy Tax-Free savings most jewelers simply do not provide. Of course, we would love to have you here in the islands – but hopefully these tax-free savings are the next best thing.
